Both Rob and I came from a nursing background, when the Health and Safety in Employment Act came in we felt strongly about improving health and safety in the workplace and set up our own business.
We've both been back to university to gain qualifications and now have been in business for 30 years.
We have always had a passion for innovative and creative ways of being effective for companies in the workplace and to be able to do this nationwide, Rob approached Robyn and Avid Plus was formed.
Certainly, use of technology, videos etc. Moving away from paper-based systems, making it user friendly for the end user. I think mentoring for people with health and safety roles an opportunity as more and more workers are being promoted into roles.

Love my family, love being altogether and also spending time with them. Very special having my gorgeous granddaughter once a week where we hang out and play. Golf and power hooping are my fav activities, gardening and when I have time quilting.Also helping out at the fundraising casino nights which Rob and I have done for the last 12 years.
