Rachel has extensive experience in all employment related matters and human resources. With over 13 years’ specialising in these areas, Rachel has worked as a Senior Solicitor for the Otago Southland Employers’ Association and also spent 4 years managing the Dunedin office of a law firm specialising in employment related issues.
This includes supporting businesses with personal grievances, performance management and disciplinary matters. Rachel also has extensive experience in collective bargaining and appearing in the Employment Relations Authority.
Rachel also has experience in payroll queries, parental leave issues, ACC, Health and Safety and the Holidays Act 2003 amongst other aspects that involve employing staff.
